The thinking comes first.

Most strategic challenges come down to a small number of questions that have not yet been answered clearly. What problem are you actually solving? For whom? Through what model? And how will you know if it is working?

I have spent 15 years asking those questions across startups, NGOs, global brands and international organizations. The answers almost always exist inside the organization. My job is to surface them and help leaders act on what they reveal.

I help leaders avoid the most expensive mistake in any organization: committing time and money to building something the market does not want. The diagnostic work surfaces the assumptions buried in the business concept and tests them before they become costly.

Marketing and communications


I help organizations build the strategy and story to reach the people who need to hear them. That means defining what the organization stands for, how to say it clearly and how to sustain it across the channels where the audience actually lives.

The two areas depend on each other. I work across both.
