Most clients start with the Strategy and Story Sprint. All engagements begin with a free 30-minute strategy call. Investment varies by complexity of challenge, number of stakeholder audiences, degree of done-for-you delivery and depth of work required. Pricing is shared following the strategy call.

The business diagnostic comes before the narrative. Before working on how you talk about your organization, we need to understand what it actually is — the problem it solves, for whom, through what model and with what evidence.
That diagnostic session typically surfaces two things: the gap between what a leader believes about their organization and what they can prove, and the parts of the story that are genuinely strong and simply need sharper language. Both are useful. Together they form the foundation for a narrative that holds up in a room with investors, donors or partners who do not yet know or trust you.
From that foundation, we build the strategy, the story and the 90-day plan that makes the next conversation significantly more likely to go the way you need it to.
Process commitment: If at the end of the Sprint you do not have a strategy visible on one page, a sharp narrative and an impact framework your funders can interrogate, I extend at no additional cost until you do.
