ABOUT

The work improves the team doing it, not just the strategy.

Something my clients notice but rarely expect is that our work together improves the team doing it, not just the strategy.

I bring calm to complex situations and clarity to hard conversations. I care about the people I work with, not just the project. One of my clients told me he hesitated to write a testimonial because he would rather keep me to himself. That is probably the most honest description of what I do.

THE CHALLENGE

I believe business is one of the most powerful forces for good in the world, and that impact works best when it is built into the architecture of the organization from day one. The ventures that will matter in ten years are the ones where impact and viability were never separate questions. That belief shapes everything I do.

WHAT CLIENTS COME TO ME FOR

Yeboah means we help. It is not a stretch to say I was born to do this.

I am Alan Yeboah, a business strategy and marketing consultant, community builder and purpose-driven entrepreneur.

I have spent 15 years working at the intersection of business strategy and marketing, across startups, global brands, NGOs, international organizations and faith-driven ventures. I have worked with UN agencies, global brands, B Corps, tech startups, social impact networks and faith-based organizations navigating stakeholder engagement and digital transformation.

Geneva is home base. The work has taken me considerably further.

HOW I WORK

Every engagement begins the same way: with questions, not answers.

Every engagement begins the same way: with questions, not answers.

What problem are you actually solving? For whom? Through what model? How will you know if it is working? These are not complicated questions. They are the questions that, when answered with honesty and precision, make everything else significantly easier to get right.

The most expensive mistake any organization makes is committing resources to building something the market does not want. Most leaders sense the problem before they can name it. The diagnostic work names it. That moment of clarity is where the real work begins.

Business strategy

I help leaders design and validate business models before they commit to the wrong direction. The process surfaces the assumptions buried in the business concept and tests them in the right sequence — desirability first, then feasibility, then viability. We design the value proposition, run the experiments and use what we learn to decide whether to persevere, pivot or stop.

Marketing and communications

I help organizations build the strategy and story to reach the people who need to hear them. That means understanding who the audience is, how they make decisions and what moves them. It means defining what the organization stands for, how to say it clearly and how to sustain that story across the channels where the audience actually lives.

WHO I HELP

I help purpose-driven leaders — founders, directors and executives — who feel stuck on their story or their strategy. Most come to me with a communication challenge. As the diagnostic work unfolds, we sometimes find the challenge runs deeper, into the business model, the revenue logic or the stakeholder relationships. That is where the most consequential work happens.

Based in Geneva. Working with internationally.

BEYOND CONSULTING

I lead Living Stones, a Swiss non-profit supporting a community of 300+ faith-driven entrepreneurs building ventures for the common good. I also partner with Living Hope VC as a Venture Capital Scout, connecting early-stage technology startups across Europe with values-aligned capital.

These communities keep me close to the challenges leaders are actually navigating.
